JOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepare current marketing and distribution strategies based on analysis and prepare reports to refine and augment present approaches. Gather data on competitor services and marketing strategies in an effort to uncover new marketing niches for the company and our clients to establish factors to augment sales. Prepare marketing and business plans. Collaborate with the
executive team, product team and sales team to define, implement and test different go-to-market strategies and messaging in high frequency. Develop home healthcare-centric and digital marketing efforts. Create and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and target home healthcare practices from SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, as well as offline channels like events and industry partnerships. Working closely with the sales & product team, generate leads through both online and offline marketing efforts. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Analyze marketing data to gain insights, optimize campaigns, and report on performance to the executive team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related
EXPERIENCE: 3 years in marketing or related
